Time for tea
Join us for our first WSW Wisdom Sharing Series
Tea Time at WOO with Amanda Mailey + special guest
This year we’re introducing a new WSW Wisdom Sharing Series called Tea Time at WOO. I’m excited to announce a 2024 collaboration with Lauren Krygier, herbalist, artist, and owner of WOO PDX. Her and ALIST owner and WSW founder, Amanda Mailey have teamed up to provide a consistent time and space to learn, connect, mentor, and share knowledge among the small business community to advance the growth of our businesses. Every month, we'll also have a special rotating guest who joins us to increase the wisdom shared. Open to women identifying small business owners and/or aspiring entrepreneurs.
AGENDA
Starts with an intro reflection with Amanda and small business insight/learning. Lauren talks about the tea she steeped for everyone. (10 min)
As we sip, we open the floor to what's on everyone's mind to see where people are at mentally. (20 min)
Introduce our rotating guest based on our topic - Financial Health, Social Media, Community Organizing, Opening a Brick and Mortar, Pricing Strategies, Mindful Meditation, etc. (20 min)
Reflect on how this applies to their business. Workshop/present ideas (20 min)
Q&A (15 min)
Closing remarks, take aways, next step connections (5 min)
LOCATION
TBD, 97203

Lauren Krygier
WOO is a POC, female-owned gift shop nestled in the historic Kenton neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. We are here to provide you with a safe, peaceful, and inclusive place to explore and expland your connection to a higher self, Spirit, God / Goddess Energy, the Collective, Nature...whatever you're called to name it.
Our tools include, crystals, cleansing smoke medicines, altar supplies, organic bulk herbs, and inclusive, classic and indie tarot and oracle decks. We are also very proud to offer consignment!
WOO is stocked with local jewelry, art, stickers, greeting cards, candles, natural bath & body products, teas, books and small home decor to bring that extra magick into your spaces.
Community is everything and I am so grateful for every moment WOO gets to spend as part of your world.
Amanda Mailey
In Fall of 2020, Amanda Mailey set out to identify and meet the women leading small businesses in the Pacific Northwest. She used Instagram to document her findings and amplify the women behind the goods and services driving the local economy. Ultimately, she brought the faces, of the fastest growing demographic of entrepreneurs, to the forefront and began to build connections across the community.
